Siyang Rodenticide Factory was founded in March 1985, it is a chemical industry enterprise which has been approved by the former National Ministry of Chemical Industry to produce rodenticide in fixed points, it was originally a collectively-owned enterprise, and it was reorganized to be a private partnership enterprise in July .

Replied by the Siyang County Development Plan Bureau in the (SDP) No. [2003] 108 file in April 28, 2003, our factory was approved to purchase the land of 6,667 m2 in the East Zone of the Industrial Park in Siyang County for expansion. According to the division done by the management committee of the industrial park, the factory site is at the crossroad of Beijing East Road and K1 Road. The expansion engineering of the new factory buildings was started from March 2004, and was completed and put into production in August . The total investment from the enterprise is ￥11,000,000 RMB, and we currently have the factory buildings of 1,100 m2, warehouse and office buildings of 800 m2, 3 sewage treatment tanks with the volume of 120 m3 for each. Because of the workmanship reform, the emission can reach the standard in the aspect of environmental protection. The major equipment and apparatus are 5 sets of reaction kettles of 200-1000 litres, 3 sets of automatic packaging machines, 8 sets of vacuum pumps, centrifuges, drying apparatus and so on, 1 set of high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) made by Japanese SHIMADZU, 2 sets of electronic balance and 0.01% analytical balance, 1 set of PH meter and 1 set of acetone insoluble detector.

The investments in the expansion of factory buildings and new equipment, make all the rodenticide products made by our factory completely possess the production ability of fully supplying the market both inside and outside our country.

Our factory has produced the first generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides such as Warfarin, Chlorophacinone and Coumatetralyl, and the second generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides such as Bromadiolone, Brodifacoum and Difenacoum. Our products have many merits, for example: high annihilating efficiency, convenient usage, safe to people and livestock, having the antidotes with special effects, low price, etc., and they are the rodenticides commonly used in the world.

For many years, our factory has provided a large quantity of high quality technical products to the domestic agent processing factories, and has gained deep trust from the people in the same industry. On Oct. 19, , ICAMA (Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, Ministry of Agriculture) held the report work negotiation conference for revising the contents of part of the severe toxicity chemicals. In the conference, all the participating rodenticide factories elected our factory as the leading unit, to report the working conditions to the relevant departments of the state government.

On December 3rd, , our factory passed the verification of the ISO9001:2000 quality management system through tests. In Sep. 2005, our factory set up an exclusive foreign trade department in Shanghai city, which is named Roden chemical Co,Inc ( Logistics Dept:RTC internation Inc) and has greatly fulfilled the demands from overseas markets.

At present, the production ability, quality, checking and measuring abilities of our factory have been in the leading position both inside and outside our country. Under the leadership of our factory director Xu Tong, all the cadres and employees in our factory are actively stepping forward, courageously exploiting, and advancing to the higher and further objectives continuously.
